We will refund all returned products if they meet the conditions below.

We offer a prepaid shipping label for returns from mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, mainland Spain, Italy and The Netherlands.

For returns from Sweden and Denmark, we offer the shipping label for €5.

Eligibility conditions of returns for full refund :

1 - Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached

2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return

Please note : If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Once the product has been returned, you will be refunded immediately.
