Is the Ker Sun + loyalty program free?

Yes, joining the Ker Sun + loyalty program is completely free. Take the opportunity to benefit from exclusive rewards!

Is it compulsory to have a customer account to join the Ker Sun + loyalty program?

Yes, you must have a Ker Sun customer account to enjoy all the benefits of the Ker Sun + loyalty program (vouchers, gift vouchers, preview access to offers, etc.). In your account, you can find your points balance, your rewards history, your promotional codes, your VIP status, etc.

Please note that even if you have already placed an order with Ker Sun, this does not mean that you have a customer account. To find out, click on Create Account and enter your details. If an account is already associated with your e-mail address, an error message will appear. You can then reset your password if you have forgotten it by clicking on Sign in and “Forgot password?”.

Where can I check my points balance and other personal information?

You can check your points balance, rewards history, VIP status and all the information relating to the Ker Sun + loyalty program directly on this page.

To do so, you must be logged into your account. If you are not, click on “Log in”. Haven't joined Ker Sun + yet? Click on “Become a member”.

How do I generate and use a voucher?

With Ker Sun +, you earn points with every order, for your birthday, when you leave a product review, etc. You can redeem your points for vouchers that you can use on future orders.

To get a voucher, you must first log in to your customer account. Then click on “Redeem my points” or directly on “Get my vouchers” if your points balance allows it.

You will then see a promotional code appear, which you can copy for convenience. This code will also be visible in the “View rewards history” section. You can therefore use it later if you wish (valid for 1 year).

Then, you will just have to paste the promotional code in the “Discount code” field just before finalizing your order. You can use several vouchers for the same order.

Please note: to use a voucher, you must be logged in to your customer account when you place your order.

How do I become a VIP member of the Ker Sun + loyalty program?

With Ker Sun +, your loyalty is rewarded twice over! As well as being able to exchange your points for vouchers, you can also become a VIP member and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Your VIP status will be calculated according to the cumulative amount of your orders placed from March 26, 2025, the launch date of Ker Sun +.

Each time you reach a new level, your status will be automatically reevaluated after 12 months, according to the cumulative amount of your orders over the last 12 months.

There are 4 VIP statuses:

  • New Member: when you join the Ker Sun + loyalty program, you are automatically a New Member. If you subscribe to the Ker Sun newsletter for the first time, you will receive a bonus of 30 points. You will also receive 50 points on your birthday, and will have access to exclusive Ker Sun offers.
  • Bronze Member: you will become a Bronze Member when the cumulative amount of your orders is between €300 and €499.99. This VIP status will entitle you to a €5 gift voucher (valid for 6 months). You will also receive 50 points for your birthday, and will have early access to exclusive Ker Sun offers.
  • Silver Member: you will become a Silver Member when the cumulative amount of your orders is between €500 and €799.99. This VIP status will entitle you to a €15 gift voucher (valid for 6 months). You will also receive 70 points for your birthday, and will have early access to exclusive Ker Sun offers.
  • Gold Member: you will become a Gold Member when the cumulative amount of your orders is greater than or equal to €800. This VIP status will entitle you to a €40 gift voucher (valid for 6 months). You will also receive 100 points for your birthday, and will have early access to exclusive Ker Sun offers.
How long are my points, vouchers and gift vouchers valid for?
  • Points are valid for 1 year after the date they are obtained.
  • Vouchers, which you can get by redeeming your points, are valid for 1 year after the date they are issued.
  • Gift vouchers, which you obtain when you become a Bronze Member, Silver Member or Gold Member for the first time, are valid for 6 months after the date they are issued.
My points balance is negative or points have been removed from my account. Is this normal?

When you place an order or perform another action that earns you points, these points are immediately credited to your account.

  • If you decide to return one or more items from your order, the points corresponding to the value of the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points balance.
  • If you decide to cancel your order, the points corresponding to the value of your order will be automatically deducted from your points balance.
I did not receive any points for my birthday. Is this normal?

To celebrate your birthday in style, you will receive points as a gift! However, you may receive them a little later than your birthday.
If you enter your birthday in Ker Sun + and it falls within the next 30 days, your points will be credited to your account up to 30 days later.

Some amounts are displayed in euros instead of my currency. Will I have to pay in euros?

If you see certain amounts in euros, don't worry, it doesn't mean that you will have to pay for your order in euros. Similarly, your vouchers and gift vouchers will be perfectly valid for an order in your currency.

As Ker Sun is a French online store, the euro is our main currency. For reasons relating to the proper functioning of the Ker Sun + loyalty program, some amounts unfortunately cannot be converted into your currency.
