EXCHANGES

By default, we release the exchange shipment upon receipt of the return.

Are you in a hurry or do you want items at a different price from those returned? Send us a return for refund and reorder. Link for return here.

Eligibility conditions for the exchange :

1 - You must have received the order within the last 15 days to notify us of your wish to return the products.
2 - Returned items must be in new condition with tags still attached.

You are responsible for the transport costs.

Please note :
a - For hygienic reasons, all sales of masks and necklaces are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.
b - If express shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

PROCEDURE

Step 1 (optional) : Make an exchange request to receive a return label (10€ deductible from the refund)

On request, we can provide you with a return label to send the items back to us for the sum of 6£ (deductible from the refund) :

1 – Fill in the return form below.
2 – We will respond within 24 working hours by sending you a return label by email.

Step 2 : Return the items

1 – Labels must be present and always attached to the item.
2 – Fold the product carefully and place it in its protective bag (transparent plastic bag).
3 – Put it in the package you received or in another package of your choice.
4 – Stick the return label on it (this is the postage for the post office) or stamp the package yourself. In this case, here is the address to which to send the return :

5 – Return the package according to the instructions on the return label or the chosen carrier.
6 – Upon receipt, we will initiate the refund. You will receive a confirmation email.

If you wish to exchange for items other than those returned, please reorder with the items you wish to exchange and make simple return.
