Eligibility conditions of returns for full refund :
1 - You must have received the order within the last 15 days to notify us of your wish to return the products.
2 - Returned items must be in new condition with tags still attached
Please note :
If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.
On request, we can provide you with a Colissimo return label to send the items back to us for the sum of 10€ (deductible from the refund) :
1 – Fill in the return form below.
2 – We will respond within 24 working hours by sending you a return label by email.
1 – Labels must be present and always attached to the item.
2 – Fold the product carefully and place it in its protective bag (transparent plastic bag).
3 – Put it in the package you received or in another package of your choice.
4 – Stick the return label on it (this is the postage for the post office) or stamp the package yourself. In this case, here is the address to which to send the return :

5 – Return the package according to the instructions on the return label or the chosen carrier.
6 – Upon receipt, we will initiate the refund. You will receive a confirmation email.
