Coolibar is an American brand that runs large. If you are between two sizes, we advise you to take the lower size to be more fitted.

To measure your hip circumference, place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips.

EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

All delivery times are counted in business days from Monday to Friday. All products are shipped from France.

*Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, La Réunion.  All taxes are included in the price displayed on the site (VAT, Octroi de mer).

**These times are not valid for pre-ordered products (pre-ordered products have an orange mention above the add to cart button).

OTHERS COUNTRIES

All taxes are included in the price displayed on the site (VAT, Customs..)

Exchanges : 

• For countries in the European Union*, exchanges are FREE up to 14 days from delivery. We will pay for the return shipping costs and reshipping costs in case of an exchange.
• For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

(*excluding: DROM, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Cyprus and Malta. For these destinations, transport costs are at the customer's expense).

Returns for refund : 

• Returns for refund are possible up to 14 days from delivery*. We will refund the full amount of the returned product(s).
  

• We offer the return shipping label for returns from metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and peninsular Spain.

• For other countries, the return is at the customer's expense. We can provide a return label on request for a fee of 10€ (deductible from refund).

*If shipping costs have been paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.
