Ker Sun offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more. All orders are shipped within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, from France.

The 24-hour order processing time is included in the estimated delivery times below:
- Standard Home Delivery (FedEx) - Estimated delivery time: 4-6 working days. Free delivery for orders over $100 (otherwise $9.90).
Your order will be shipped from France. All import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery by the carrier.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any unused and unworn item. Ker Sun provides a return label for $9 and issues a full refund for returned items.
To exchange an item, you must place a new order. Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost—just email us for a discount code or a refund if you have already paid for shipping.
