This page applies to deliveries in the European Union countries listed below.

Ker Sun offers free delivery options. All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday, from France. The 24 working hours of order preparation time are taken into account in the time estimates below.

Delivery options

EU Zone 1: Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia

  • Standard Home Delivery – estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 working days. Free for orders over €150 (otherwise €9.90)
  • Express Home Delivery – estimated delivery time: 2 working days. €19.90

EU Zone 2: Finland, Ireland, Poland

  • Standard Home Delivery (DPD) – estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days. Free for orders over €150 (otherwise €9.90)

EU Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece

  • Standard Home Delivery (FedEx) – estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 working days. Free for orders over €200 (otherwise €15.00)

Romania

  • Standard Home Delivery (DPD)– estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days. Free for orders over €200 (otherwise €15.00)

Cyprus, Malta

  • Standard Home Delivery (FedEx) – estimated delivery time: 7 working days. €45.00

Portugal

  • Parcel Shop Delivery – estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days. Free for orders over €100 (otherwise €4.90)
  • Standard Home Delivery – estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days. €6.90
  • Express Home Delivery – estimated delivery time: 2 working days. €19.90

Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any unused and unworn item.

For the countries listed below, Ker Sun can provide a return label. If you use it, a contribution to return costs applies and is deducted from your refund:

  • €2.00 — Poland
  • €6.90 — Portugal
  • €9.90 — Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

For all other countries, returns are arranged and paid for by the customer.

Start a return

Once your return is received and validated, we refund the returned items. If you used our return label, the contribution to return costs is deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
