This product is made in northern Portugal, a region renowned for centuries for its excellence in textile craftsmanship. Does the UPF 50+ protection ever wash out?

The UPF 50+ protection does not wash out.

Our sun protective expertise has allowed us to develop fabrics that filter UV rays mechanically. Thanks to the meticulous choice of textile fibers, their optimized density and our advanced weaving techniques, we guarantee a UPF 50+ protection, without added sunscreens, which persists throughout the life of the product, even after many washes.

To preserve the quality and durability of your product, we recommend that you follow care instructions carefully specified on this product sheet (see above) or on the label.

Do I need to apply sunscreen underneath my UPF 50+ clothing?

With Ker Sun sun protective clothing and accessories, there’s no need to apply sunscreen on covered areas.

However, for full protection, it’s important to apply sunscreen to any exposed skin. We recommend applying sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplying every two hours or after swimming, in accordance with the instructions for the product you’re using.

Jackan sitter perfekt och färgen är lätt att kombinera med många andra plagg. Tyget känns bra. På grund av vädret i Sverige har jag inte hunnit använda den än, men den kommer att vara väldigt användbar i sommar och under mina höst- och vårresor till södra Europa.

Un excellent gilet à la coupe moderne et très efficace contre les UV grâce à une très bonne conception : le col montant et la capuche permettent d'être sereins quant à l'exposition aux UV. La matière est très agréable et se porte sans souci en été (je ne l'ai néanmoins pas testé en période de canicule), comme en hiver (avec un pull fin dessous). Je l'ai acheté dans 3 coloris (ils sont tous seyants) et tailles (partie sur la taille conseillée M, je préfère la taille XS du dernier que j'ai acheté). Je le conseille sans hésiter.

Tolle Jacke, frische Farbe

Ich mag die Jacke sehr. Sie ist aus 100% Baumwolle, der Schnitt und die Farbe passen perfekt zu meinem sportlichen dunkelhaarigen Typ. Bin nun in der Sonne geschützt ohne dass diese besondere Kleidung im Alltag auffällt.

Très bien

Veste élégante (tissus très légèrement lustré, très beau), cintrée donc coupe féminine.
Très bien pour les moments où il fait légèrement frais mais qu'il y a du soleil.
J'ai souvent des problèmes de longueur de manches (trop courtes), ce n'est pas le cas avec cette veste. Je mesure 1,78m et cette veste n'est pas trop courte pour moi en taille M.
