Refund policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any unused and unworn item.
For the countries listed below, Ker Sun can provide a return label. If you use it, a contribution to return costs applies and is deducted from your refund:
- €2.00 — Poland
- €9.90 — Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovenia
For all other countries, returns are arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once your return is received and validated, we refund the returned items. If you used our return label, the contribution to return costs is deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
