We will issue a refund for all returned products that meet the eligibility conditions below.
For the countries listed below, Ker Sun can provide a return label. If you use it, a contribution to return costs applies and is deducted from your refund:
Otherwise, you can return your item using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense.
For all other countries, returns are arranged and paid for by the customer.
Conditions of eligibility for returns
1 - Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached
2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return.
To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.
Refund
Once the parcel has been received at our premises, please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.
Once your return is validated, we refund the returned items. If you used our return label, the contribution to return costs is deducted from your refund.
Initial shipping costs paid at the time of ordering are not refunded.
