Does the UPF 50+ protection ever wash out?

The UPF 50+ protection does not wash out.

Our sun protective expertise has allowed us to develop fabrics that filter UV rays mechanically. Thanks to the meticulous choice of textile fibers, their optimized density and our advanced weaving techniques, we guarantee a UPF 50+ protection, without added sunscreens, which persists throughout the life of the product, even after many washes.

To preserve the quality and durability of your product, we recommend that you follow care instructions carefully specified on this product sheet (see above) or on the label.

Do I need to apply sunscreen underneath my UPF 50+ clothing?

With Ker Sun sun protective clothing and accessories, there’s no need to apply sunscreen on covered areas.

However, for full protection, it’s important to apply sunscreen to any exposed skin. We recommend applying sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplying every two hours or after swimming, in accordance with the instructions for the product you’re using.

Finitions décevantes

Après lavage la couture du bas du corps part de travers (vagues), les raccords de coutures ne sont pas beaux, type de défaut que l'on rencontre sur des tee-shirts bas de gamme pour le prix j'espérais mieux, pas encore porté en situation, manque de soleil ces derniers jours. Aspect général froissé ne se repasse pas

es schützt gut vor der Sonne

ich bin jetzt 1 Woche mit dem Shirt im Süden Frankreichs Fahrrad gefahren und war von morgens bis abends in der Sonne. Ich habe mich stets gut geschützt gefühlt und auch bei 37Grad und mehr habe ich mich gut in dem Shirt gefühlt - es ist leicht. Ich habe es jeden Abend ausgewaschen und trotzdem hat es nach dem 2. Tag angefangen unter den Ärmeln (Achseln) zu müffeln. Ich habe täglich morgens und abends geduscht und benutze Deo das ist erst trocken lasse, bevor ich das Shirt anziehe. Und trotzdem hat das Shirt einen unangenehmen Geruch entwickelt. Ich habe andere Funktionskleidung für anderen Sport (Wandern,Joggen) und dort nie dieses Problem mit unangenehmem Geruch in der Kleidung gehabt.
Ich selber habe übrigens nicht gemüffelt, das war also das Shirt, nicht meine Haut. Jetzt zuhause habe ich es in der Waschmaschine mit Sportwaschmittel gewaschen und es müffelt trotzdem noch.

Agréable à porter mais le T-shirt taille grand

Je l'ai porté pour jouer au tennis en pleine canicule, la matière est fine et agréable. La couleur vert clair est jolie, comme sur les photos. Pour 1m62 et 91cm de tour de poitrine, le T-shirt en taille M est large et les manches sont longues, elles peuvent cependant se plier facilement. Je pense que j'aurais pris une taille en-dessous si je l'avais essayé dans une boutique.
