ORDER TRACKING

TRACK MY ORDER

To track the delivery status of your order, go to your My Account area. Click on the number of the order concerned and then on "follow my order".

If you don't have an account, you can create one with the email address you use to place your orders. Your orders will automatically synchronize with your Ker Sun account. You can login or create an account by clicking here.

You can also track the status of your order with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

MY PARCEL IS DELAYED

If your parcel is delayed and you have received the shipping notification, We invite you to first contact the carrier to make a claim for your order. They will be the most likely to find a solution quickly.
