Is this product suitable for use at the pool or in the ocean?

Yes. The material of this product has been carefully selected to be resistant to both chlorine and salt water. This means you can enjoy your garment in the pool or at the seaside, without compromising its quality or level of protection.

Can it also be worn outside of the water?

Absolutely. This sun protective garment is not limited to use in the water: it is also suitable for your moments of relaxation at the beach, by the pool or on a boat. Does the fabric maintain its UPF 50+ protection when wet?

Does this product dry quickly after swimming?

Yes. The fabric in this product is designed to help water drain quickly, leading to faster drying for improved comfort and a pleasant feel.

How should I care for it to maintain its quality?

Although it is resistant to chlorine and salt water, in order to prolong the durability of this product, we recommend rinsing it with clean water at the end of a day where it has been in contact with salt or chlorinated water.

If you wish to machine wash this product, we recommend that you follow the care instructions specified on this product sheet or on the label of your garment or accessory.

Does the UPF 50+ protection ever wash out?

The UPF 50+ protection does not wash out.

Our sun protective expertise has allowed us to develop fabrics that filter UV rays mechanically. Thanks to the meticulous choice of textile fibers, their optimized density and our advanced weaving techniques, we guarantee a UPF 50+ protection, without added sunscreens, which persists throughout the life of the product, even after many washes.

To preserve the quality and durability of your product, we recommend that you follow care instructions carefully specified on this product sheet (see above) or on the label.

Do I need to apply sunscreen underneath my UPF 50+ clothing?

With Ker Sun sun protective clothing and accessories, there’s no need to apply sunscreen on covered areas.

However, for full protection, it’s important to apply sunscreen to any exposed skin. We recommend applying sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplying every two hours or after swimming, in accordance with the instructions for the product you’re using.

Presque parfait mais…

Le modèle est superbe et seyant . La coupe est parfaite et bien couvrante. Mais des agrafes dans le dos sont absolument nécessaires pour les personnes opérées d’un cancer du sein avec ou sans curage ganglionnaire axillaire, ou pour celles qui ont eu une reconstruction. La mobilité du bras est réduite et le mouvement douloureux. Il est triste de devoir demander de l’aide pour mettre ou enlever son bikini. Et ne parlons pas de celles qui n’ont personne pour les aider! Une variante serait bienvenue. Ces patientes doivent protéger du soleil les cicatrices et la zone potentiellement irradiée.

Très beau produit

Pas encore utilisé mais je l'ai essayé et il est très beau. Juste une petite chose : je n avais pas compris qu il n y avait pas d'agraffages et qu il fallait le passer par la tête, mais c'est assez facile même après une opération. Je recommande cette marque.

Je suis très contente de vos produits . Juste, une petite chose à signaler pour la veste bleue clair imprimée , les coutures se sont défaites à un endroit de la veste. Je dois préciser que je mets tous les jours vos vêtements pour nager en mer afin de me protéger au maximum des UV. Je me sens vraiment bien dans vos vêtements dans la mesure où ils sont très légers à porter et de plus ils sèchent très vite sur la peau , une fois qu’on a été dans l’eau avec. Je ferai de la publicité autour de moi. Merci.
