RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


RETURNS FOR REFUND POLICY

Returns for refund are possible up to 14 days from delivery*. We will refund the full amount of the returned product(s).

We offer the return shipping label for returns from metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and peninsular Spain.

For other countries, the return is at the customer's expense. We can provide a return label on request for a fee of 10€ (deductible from refund).

If you wish to return an item outside of the 14 day return period, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Items must be returned unused, with original hang-tags, and in sellable condition.

*If shipping costs have been paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded. 

 

EXCHANGE

For countries in the European Union*, exchanges are FREE up to 14 days from delivery. We will pay for the return shipping costs and reshipping costs in case of an exchange.

For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

(*excluding: DROM, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Cyprus and Malta. For these destinations, transport costs are at the customer's expense).

You will be required to carefully repackage and return your items to the return address:

Once we have received and checked that the returned items are unused and in a sellable condition with the tags intact, we will refund the initial purchase price and (shipping costs if the amount of the order is elligible to free shipping). Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
