Our models are designed with UPF 50+ certified fabrics, which effectively filter UVA and UVB rays, preventing them from reaching the skin.

In normal use, even when the UV index is high, the child's skin beneath the swimsuit is therefore effectively protected.
That said, it is essential to apply a child-suitable sun cream to all the areas that remain exposed: face, nape, ears, hands, legs or feet, depending on the model worn. For the best possible protection, we also recommend pairing the swim top with a UV hat as well as UV swim leggings.

Yes, our boys' UV swimsuits are designed to withstand repeated swimming, chlorine, salt water and washing. To preserve their fabric, their hold over time and their UPF 50+ protection, we recommend rinsing them in clean water after each use, then leaving them to air dry, away from any direct source of heat.
