I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT

You may not be able to log in to your account, even though you have already placed an order with Ker Sun.

Ordering on our site and filling in your information does not automatically create a Ker Sun account. Therefore, in order to log in to your account, you must create one.

Here are some steps to follow to create your Ker Sun account and track your orders:

1 - Click on the account area in the top right-hand corner of the homepage on your computer, or on the menu on your mobile.
2 - Click on "create account".
3 - Fill in the requested information and validate.

Please note : If you have already placed an order on our site, be sure to enter the email address you used to place your orders so that they can be synchronised with your Ker Sun account.

4 - You will then receive an email allowing you to activate it and to connect.
Remember to check your spam, the email sometimes slips in :)
