Conditions
The following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.
Refunds
A full refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow 2-5 business days for your account to be credited.
How to return?
Customers in the US:
- Please send us an email to bonjour@ker-sun.com telling us what product you want to return and your order number
- We will come back to you within 2 business days with the return label
- Ker Sun does not cover the cost of return postage. For those based in the US, it is a fixed cost of USD$9
Can I make an exchange?
To make an exchange, you must place a new order. Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. Just email us to get the discount code or to get the refund if you have already paid for it online.
