Conditions

The cost of return is fixed and limited to USD$9.

The following conditions must be met:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted. 

Refunds

A full refund of the products returned will be credited back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow 2-5 business days for your account to be credited.

We do not refund any transport costs paid.

How to return?

Customers in the US:

To make your return, take your order number (in the subject line of the order confirmation e-mail), your e-mail address and your zip code and enter them on this portal: https://kersun.ezireturns.com/ then follow the instructions.

You can choose the USPS Ground option and enter your address to see nearby USPS locations.

The cost of return is fixed and limited to USD$9.

If no USPS locations are displayed when creating a label, this may mean that there is no drop-off location available within a 15 to 20 km radius of the address indicated. In this case, we recommend that you use the Self Post option (free of charge). You must then print the Self Post Label and Return Form and the cost of delivery is at your charge.

Can I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, you must place a new order. Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. Just email us to get the discount code or to get the refund if you have already paid for it online.
