RETURNS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We will fully refund all returned products if they meet the eligibility conditions below.

Eligibility conditions for the exchange :

1 - Returned items must be in new condition, with labels still attached.

2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return.

You are responsible for the transport costs.

Please note :
If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

To make an exchange, simply make a return and order the new item you want.

Once the product has been returned to our premises, you will be reimbursed immediately.

PROCEDURE

Return items :

PLEASE INDICATE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON YOUR RETURN.

1 – Labels must be present and always attached to the item.
2 – Fold the product carefully and place it in its protective bag (transparent plastic bag).
3 – Put it in the package you received or in another package of your choice.
