RETURNS FOR REFUND

Eligibility conditions for the exchange :

1 - You must have received the order within the last 15 days to notify us of your wish to return the products.
2 - Returned items must be in new condition with tags still attached.

You are responsible for the transport costs.

Please note :
a - For hygienic reasons, all sales of masks and necklaces are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.
b - If express shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

PROCEDURE

Return items :

PLEASE INDICATE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON YOUR RETURN.

1 – Labels must be present and always attached to the item.
2 – Fold the product carefully and place it in its protective bag (transparent plastic bag).
3 – Put it in the package you received or in another package of your choice.
