Exchanges : 

  • For countries in the European Union*, exchanges are FREE up to 14 days from delivery. We will pay for the return shipping costs and reshipping costs in case of an exchange.
  • For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

(*excluding: DROM, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Cyprus and Malta. For these destinations, transport costs are at the customer's expense).

 

    Returns for refund : 

    • Returns for refund are possible up to 14 days from delivery*. We will refund the full amount of the returned product(s).

    • We offer the return shipping label for returns from metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and peninsular Spain.

    • For other countries, the return is at the customer's expense. We can provide a return label on request for a fee of 10€ (deductible from refund).

     

    *If shipping costs have been paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.
