Returns for refund :  

• Returns for refund are possible for 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. We will issue a full refund for the returned product(s)*.
• We offer a return transport label for returns from mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
• For returns from Sweden and Denmark, we offer the shipping label for 5€.
• For other countries, the return is at the customer's expense.

*If shipping costs have been paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

Exchanges : 

• To make an exchange, simply return the item and order the new one. Once the product has been returned to our premises, you will be refunded.
