This product is UPF 50+ certified.
UPF stands for "Ultraviolet Protection Factor". It is an index measuring the ability of a fabric or material to filter ultraviolet rays. The UPF 50+ index is the highest anti-UV certification in Europe, according to European standard EN 13758-1. A UPF 50+-certified UV garment blocks over 98% of UV rays, protecting your skin against possible burns and lesions.
By way of comparison, a cotton summer t-shirt often has a protection factor of UPF 5 or above. This means that 20% of UV rays pass through the fabric, which is a lot for someone who has to stay out of the sun or is exposed to it for long periods.
At KER SUN, your safety is our priority. That's why we use our own laboratory to test the anti-UV clothing and accessories we offer on our online store, to make sure they comply with UPF 50+ certification.

Returns for refund are possible up to 14 days from delivery*. We will refund the full amount of the returned product(s).

We offer the return shipping label for returns from metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and peninsular Spain.

For other countries, the return to France is at the customer's expense.

Exchanges :
- To make an exchange, simply make a return and order the new item. Once the product has been returned to our warehouse, you will be refunded.
About Ker Sun
Ker Sun is above all a personal story. About ten years ago, Claudia, our co-founder, was diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease that forces her to be extremely careful with her sun protection. That day, she felt like she was losing some of her freedom. Like many, she no longer felt safe going outside.
In 2019, to make wearable sun protection accessible, we launched Ker Sun. Ker Sun's mission is to protect every person from sun damage. We want to give back to those with the most sensitive skin, the freedom to enjoy outdoor activities safely. We also actively participate in the prevention of UV-related diseases.
