Do you want to return or exchange your product? Find the procedure here.
Exchanges :
- For countries in the European Union*, exchanges are FREE up to 14 days from delivery. We will pay for the return shipping costs and reshipping costs in case of an exchange.
- For Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
(*excluding: DROM, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Cyprus and Malta. For these destinations, transport costs are at the customer's expense).
Returns for refund :

Returns for refund are possible up to 14 days from delivery*. We will refund the full amount of the returned product(s).

We offer the return shipping label for returns from metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and peninsular Spain.

For other countries, the return is at the customer's expense. We can provide a return label on request for a fee of 10€ (deductible from refund).
*If shipping costs have been paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

Ker Sun is above all a personal story. About ten years ago, Claudia, our co-founder, was diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease that forces her to be extremely careful with her sun protection.
